Return Policy
At Armind Industries, we take great care in manufacturing and packaging every machine. Each machine is quality-checked and tested before dispatch.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A cancellation fee may apply if the machine has already gone into production. Advance paid is refundable as per the cancellation condition agreed at order confirmation.
Returns
- Standard machines can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if there is a manufacturing defect and the machine has not been misused.
- Custom-built machines are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- The buyer must inspect the machine at the time of delivery and report any transit damage immediately.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method after the machine is received back in its original condition.
Warranty Claims
All our machines carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by our service team. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repairs or normal wear parts.
